Status Times:

Market Codes include ALL statuses of active property including New, Reduced, Increased, Extended, Contingency and Back on Market. These listings keep their statuses for:

A - Active

N - New 14 days

R - Reduced 7 days

I - Increased 7 days

E - Extended 3 days

B - Back on Market 3 days

CK - Contingency w/ Kickout

U - Under Contract

X - Expired

S - Sold

WD - Withdrawn

RL - Rental Leased

RU - Rental Unavailable

Boolean Search:

All characters and lookup fields support using the “not” operator <> as the first two characters of the input box to indicate selections that must not appear. Multi-select feature fields will also allow the user to enter the single character codes for selections without comma separators to require that all the selections be present. For single select lookups, the pop-up help will include a checkbox “Exclude select values”.

For multi-select feature fields, a pop-up help will allow selection of combinations of “Must have one”, “Must have all” and “Can’t have any”.
