NOTE:  You must log on to the computer under a user account with Administrator privileges to install the RE/Xplorer Component Upgrade.  Once completed, each user who logs on to the computer, regardless of permissions, will need to enter RE/Xplorer as a Trusted Site under Internet Explorer. The following is a step-by-step guide to assist you with the Component Upgrade.

• Open Internet Explorer. Click Tools then Internet Options.
   
• Click the Security tab at the top of the screen. Click the “Trusted Sites” icon. Click the Sites Button underneath.  Remove the check in the box in front of  “Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone.”
   
• Next, click in the first box “Add this web site to the zone:” Type in the address, www.gamls.com then click “Add”. Click again into the first box and type *.rexplorer.net then click “Add”. You should now see these addresses under the Web Sites section. Click OK or Close.
   
• If you are using IE 7, please click the Default level option in the lower right corner of the page then drag the slide bar on the left to Low.
   
• Click the General tab at the top. In the Temporary Internet files section of the page, click Delete Cookies then OK. Next, click Delete Files, check the box Delete all offline content then Click OK.
   
• If you are using any other popup blocking software such as Google, Yahoo, AOL toolbars, add *.rexplorer.net as a permitted site.
