You can access your free Georgia MLS site via their GAMLS user ID. The default web address is (xxxxx = agent’s GAMLS user id) http://xxxxx.georgiamls.com
- Web Address and Changes – You used your GAMLS ID.georgiamls.com to access your personal website. You can change the prefix of your web address using a function which is available under Admin then Profile.
- Agent Information – The source of this information is the GeorgiaMLS membership file. An agent can change their contact phone number, email address or redirect the website traffic to a different website. Typically, an agent will access their membership file from the GeorgiaMLS homepage under Your Account. From this website, a link is available under Admin then FAQ.
- Admin – The administrative tools to change your website are accessed by signing into the Admin function using your GAMLS ID and password.
- Photo Upload – You can upload your photo to your website and change it at any time. This functionality is available under Admin then Edit Site.
- Upload Logo - You can upload your company logo to your website. This functionality is available under Admin then Edit Site.
- Banner changes – A number of banner choices are available under Admin then Edit Site. Try them out and pick your favorite.
- The Welcome message – The agent controls the entry and changes to this section under Admin then Edit Site.
- Featured Properties – Listings display based on a rule set. The rules are defined under Admin then FAQ.
- Current Listings – The Featured Properties section displays a maximum of three listings. The Current Listings function will display all of the status Active listings of the agent. Refreshing the page will display the next set of photos.
- More Properties in the Area – The agent defines the service area using Admin then Profile.
- More Information – A number of default information pages and forms are available. The agent can change the order of the pages that display or suppress pages. The agent can also add up to 99 additional pages at no extra cost. To make these types of changes, go to Admin then Edit Site.
- Search Listings – The Search Listing function provides your customers with a fast and easy search of all the GeorgiaMLS active listings.
How are the "Featured Properties" on my home page selected?
Up to three properties appear on your home page according to the following rules:
- Property must be active.
- Property must have at least one photo.
- If you have listings, then up to three of your properties will appear selected randomly.
- If you have no listings, then up to three listings from your Office are selected randomly.
- If your Office has no listings (or no listings with photos), then the Featured Property section will display listings within a 3 mile radius of the office address.

- To keep you organized and informed, the site provides the agent with reports which include:
- the number of pages that were viewed on your site in the last 30 days
- the number of times your listing has been viewed on any member’s website
- the most popular listings that have been viewed in detail on your site
- a list of all leads that were emailed to you from a customer viewing the site
