Email Multiple Listings
- Do the search for listings.
- Pick a Standard report such as the A/O report.
- Choose up to 12 listings from the list by checking the small box in front of the listing number.
- Click any one of the blue MLS numbers.
- Choose the report you would like to send to your client. Each report gives various amounts of information. For instance, the full report will include the listing agent’s contact information. The Client report includes a full photo and basic information, but not the agent contact info.
- After choosing a report type, click Publish listing.
- Click Yes to tell the system to send all of your choices.
- An e-mail form will appear with the option to use REX mail or PC mail. If you have Outlook on your PC and it is configured to send and receive mail, you may choose PC Mail.
- In the Send To box, enter the e-mail addresses of the recipients (for example, client@hometown.com).
- Optional - In the Web Page Comments box, enter the text you want to appear at the bottom of the Web page. For example “This is a great neighborhood! Call me at 555-1212 to set up a viewing. - Jane Agent”
- Optional -In the Web Page Title box, enter the title for the Web page where the published report is viewed. For example, “A Great Home for You”.
- To include a link to a map for the listings, select the Show Map Link option.
- To include a link for directions to the listings, select the Show Routing Link option.
- To include the address on the page with the directions, select the Show Address option.
- Click OK.
- After a few moments you’ll see a confirmation message that the mail has been sent. Click OK to close the confirmation box.
