To search for absentee owners of a property listed in the Tax records, search by Zip Code in the area you are interested in. Then add criteria to the search by clicking Edit search then clicking the Mail Zip field. The Zip Code references the situs (house) zip code. Using the <> characters will exclude the choice from the search. This method of searching applies to REX 1 as well as REX 2. |

The results will reflect those owners have property in Georgia but live in another location. Owners are not restricted to Georgia but may reside anywhere in the country. To create mailing labels from these results, choose the Owner labels. |
